The group of persons potentially entitled to a compulsory portion is limited to the deceased's descendants, spouse and parents, provided that they would also inherit according to the statutory order of succession.
The specific entitlement to a compulsory portion is half of the statutory inheritance share if the person is permanently able to work and of legal age. It amounts to two thirds of the statutory inheritance share if the person is permanently unable to work or is a minor.
