What problems arise when former Turkish nationals acquire property in Turkey?

If the heirs are former Turkish nationals who have acquired German citizenship and the estate includes Turkish real estate, the question arises as to whether there are any restrictions on the acquisition. It depends on whether the naturalisation was carried out with the approval of the Council of Ministers. If this is the case, this person and his/her descendants are considered privileged foreigners and enjoy almost all the rights of a Turkish citizen. Any restrictions on foreigners do not apply to these persons. The basis for this can be found in Law No. 6304/29.5.2009.

This means that Turkish citizens who have been naturalised and their descendants can acquire Turkish properties without restriction.
